Meet Our Team

Matt & Sarah Blankenship

Pastors Matt and Sarah Blankenship have been married and serving in ministry together since 2003. They have two sons, Hunter and Hayden, and love sharing life and adventure as a family. Whether hiking and camping, tackling a construction or design project, or gathering with friends around the BBQ, they value time spent together and with others.

Matt and Sarah have a deep love for the Portland Metro and are passionate about helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover the life and purpose God has for them. They love walking alongside individuals and families as they follow Jesus together in ways that honor God and make a difference in the lives of others.

As pastors of Life Church, Matt and Sarah are Adventurously Expectant for all God is doing—and all He has yet to do—in and through Life Church and the Portland Metro.
